It was cloud and windy and 24 degrees.The Friendship Run at Wilmot Community Centre. The loop course on trail and highway.
Mike MacKinnon won the race and Jennifer Pizio-Perry for the top female.
I finished in 42:47, came in 10th out of 91 runners and 2nd in 20-29 male.
